Pastor John and Suzan Graham
John and Suzan were married in 1984 in Toronto. Togehter, they have founded and pioneered three deaf churches in the U.S. and Canada and established DARE (Deaf Alive Revival Evangelism) with the goal of preaching the full gospel to people (Deaf and hearing) throughout the world.. Today, they pastor at New Life Deaf Church in Milton, Ontario. John and Suzan have three beautiful children: Juan, Samson, and Amy. They make their home in Cambridge, Ontario.

Pastors Rod and JoAnn Smith
Together Rod and JoAnn have almost 50 years of being involved in training Deaf men and women in leadership. Rod, a CODA raised in St. Louis, Missouri; is the National Deaf Fellowship Men’s Ministry Coordinator. He coached ice hockey at Gallaudet University for several years and is currently actively engaged in training Deaf men to be ethical and godly leaders. JoAnn, born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii; served 10 years as a Campus Pastor at Gallaudet and is currently the Director of Carlstrom Deaf Studies at North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2006, she completed her doctorate in Organizational Leadership. They have two adopted grown Deaf sons who are now 30 and 24 years old.
