Cry Like A Man

In Family, Husband, Life Issues, Masculinity, Podcast by Jason Wilson

“Just be a man!”  How many times have we heard this said before?  The truth is, many men are hurting. The view of “tough guy” masculinity is preventing so many from expressing what is going on inside their hearts and mind.

Jason Wilson experienced the murders of his two older brothers, a verbally harsh and absent father, and his mother spiralled into depression.  He had been raised with one view of what it means to be a man, but his decision to acknowledge his emotions is what made him the man and leader he is today.

In this podcast, Jason Wilson will help us understand how God wants men to process their emotions.  Discover the power, love, and self-control it takes to cry like a man.

Jason Wilson is the founder and CEO of Yunion, and he has over 14 years of experience in training and developing young black men. Under his leadership, Yunion has effectively reached more than 10,000 youth and young adults in Metro Detroit.
